The Slow Food Youth Network South Africa, part of a global SFYN network of young people for change in the food system towards good, clean and fair food.
We are a network of farmers, fishers, chefs, consumers, custodians of agricultural heritage, bakers, cheese makers, artists, bankers, anybody who stands to support local and traditional production, resisting the full industrialization and standardization of our food system. It is indeed biodiversity that creates successful life, this is true within the food system.
