Call to advance water sovereignty to address drought and climate change (Nov 2017)

COPAC has recently developed an activist guide on building people’s power for water sovereignty from below.

In this media release we call on citizens of Cape Town and other communities in water stressed parts of South Africa to advance water sovereignty and build people’s power; and to work towards a people’s water charter for South Africa.
